Enquiry tracking · $1,200

Know which page produced the enquiry

Every form on your site tagged to the page it came from, counted in your own analytics, with a confirmation the visitor actually receives. $1,200, credited in full against a rebuild.

What it is costing you

You are making decisions about a website you cannot see

At the end of the year somebody asks whether the website is working and the honest answer is that nobody knows. You have a rough sense of how busy the phone was. You do not have a number, and you certainly do not have a number per service line.

So the site gets judged on how it looks, because that is the only thing anybody can actually observe. The page that is quietly producing half your enquiries gets redesigned on somebody’s opinion. The page that produces nothing sits there for another three years because nobody knew.

Meanwhile the enquiries that do arrive land in an inbox in one undifferentiated shape, so somebody has to read every message to learn what it was about before it can go anywhere.

What you get

What gets installed

In the work

  • Every form on the site tagged to the page it was submitted from. So the enquiry arrives already labelled.
  • A conversion event in your own analytics account. Configured properly, not a plugin’s dashboard you lose access to.
  • A confirmation email the visitor receives within seconds. In their inbox, rather than a thank you screen they close and forget.
  • Delivery you can trust. Where your form is quietly failing to send, and some of them are, you find out.
  • A monthly figure you can read without help, by page. So next quarter the conversation about the website has a number in it.

The price

What it costs

$1,200Credited in full against a rebuild. If this tells you the route is the problem and you want it fixed, the $1,200 comes off the $4,800.

Paid in full at the start. It is a week of work and there is nothing to stage.

How it goes

Four steps, and none of them change a page

  1. I read what you have. Which forms exist, where they go, what happens after submit, and what analytics is already installed.
  2. I build it inside your site. No redesign, no page changes, nothing a visitor would notice.
  3. I submit real enquiries from every page and show you them arriving, labelled and counted.
  4. You get the first monthly figure thirty days later.

Straight answers

The three things you are thinking

Does this not come with Google Analytics already.

Analytics tells you somebody visited. It does not tell you somebody submitted, from where, or whether the message reached you. Almost every site I read has analytics installed and no conversion event configured, which means the useful half was never switched on.

Will this fix anything.

No. It measures. If your route is broken this will show you exactly how broken and where, and then you decide what to do about it. Some people find out the site is producing more than they thought.

Is this locked to you.

No. It is in your analytics account, in your name. If you never speak to me again the counting keeps working.
