Rebuild · $4,800
You paid for a website. Nothing comes in.
Keep the site. I rebuild the route through it, from the page somebody lands on to an enquiry that arrives labelled and counted. $4,800, flat, whatever it is built on.
What it is costing you
The site is not the problem. The route through it is.
Your website probably looks fine. That is why nobody has fixed this. The pages load, the photographs are decent, the copy is not embarrassing, and still the phone does not ring in any way you can trace to it.
Here is what is actually happening. Somebody arrives on a service page from a search, reads it, and finds no next step that fits where they are. The only thing on offer is a contact form that asks the same question every other page asks. Most of them leave. The few who submit get a blank screen or a page that says thank you, hear nothing for two days, and call somebody else. And the ones that do reach you arrive with no indication of which page produced them, so you cannot tell which part of the site is working.
None of that is fixed by a redesign. You would pay ten thousand and have the same problem in a nicer typeface.
What you get
The route, built and then counted
In the rebuild
- The route built from every service line page through to a submitted enquiry. A different ask on different pages, because the person reading about one thing is not the person reading about another.
- An intake form that works. On every page that needs one, asking the thing that page should ask.
- A confirmation the visitor actually receives. In their inbox, within seconds. Not a thank you screen.
- Follow up that happens. Whether or not anyone in your office remembers.
- The enquiry made countable end to end. Every submission tagged to the page it came from, visible in your own analytics, in your own account.
- The count before and the count after. Stated as what it is: a comparison across time, not a laboratory result.
The price
What it costs
$4,800Flat. Whatever your site is built on, whatever is under the hood, however many plugins are in there. I take that risk instead of handing you a range and calling it honesty.
Half to start, half when it is live.
Rebuild with twelve months of Care is $9,600, against $10,200 bought separately. Care is what tells you each month whether the rebuild worked, so most people take it.
Proof
A route, built and tagged
Wrenfield Estate Law
Every service line with its own route through to an enquiry, every enquiry tagged to the page that produced it.
A demonstration site. The business and the content are fictional, so nothing on it is a claim about anyone. The build, the publishing and the counting are real and running.
How it goes
Four steps, and the route is agreed in the first one
- I read your site and tell you what the route is going to be, before you pay anything past the deposit.
- I build it inside the site you already have. Your pages, your design, your hosting.
- Every change verified by walking the route myself, on a desktop and on a phone, submitting real enquiries.
- Live, with the count running from day one.
Straight answers
The three things you are thinking
My developer built this. Will this break it.
No, and where something sits in a system I do not control I deal with that vendor directly rather than forwarding you their reply. If your intake runs entirely through a booking widget somebody else owns, I will tell you that before you pay, because then I can describe the problem and I cannot fix it.
Should I just get a new site instead.
Sometimes yes. If your site cannot carry a proper route, spending $4,800 on it is throwing good money after bad and I will say so. That is what the review is for, and it costs $750 which comes off whichever you buy.
How long.
Two to three weeks from deposit on a typical business site.
